ServiceOnline.sg, the newest service booking platform in Singapore annouced on 25 March, 2022 that both the buyer's and seller's app are ready to download from the top 3 app stores, Apple Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery.
1.Two Versions, One Target
There will be two versions of the app, one is for buyers to place order anytime and anywhere from their mobile phone, another one is for sellers, to receive orders, manage listings and monitor store performances when they are not in office. With the two version apps, ServiceOnline is targeting to achieve seamless booking experiences for all local users.
2. More than 100 Online Stores opened in first month
There are more than 100 local merchants have opened their online store with ServiceOnline and uploaded more than 200 services under various categories within one month time from late February. Our business conception of "No Transaction, No Charge" is widely accepted by the local merchants who have been suffering from paying advertisement fee either based on impressions or clicks which is unfavorable to merchants at all in the past. On ServiceOnline platform, we only charge merchants on real transactions.
Many merchants call the ServiceOnline platform "Singapore's Meituan" or another version of Shopee, giving the platform great expectations and encouragement.
3. Part of our Merchants
A large number of local companies with Internet thinking have opened their official flagship store with us, such as Excellent AirCon, A&T AirCon, Good Brother AirCon etc. We also have 123 Express, SingHwa Mover, Hongyun Moving and ShengFa Moving joined us as the moving service providers; In the field of home repairing, around 10 local companies including Yaju, SmoothHome and BetterHome have joined us and begin to take orders online.
For enrichment courses, we have opened flagship stores for Gen-Y Education, Nanyang Education, China Classical Music School, Runzhi Music and Art, Jimmy Tuition and many other well known education institutions.
We also welcomed tattoo master Michael Wang, Hair Artist Frank Zuo, Top Stylist June Geng and another 10+ service providers to open their official store and uploaded attractive packages online.
In field of business services, Toutiao.sg, 31 Productions, RainStar Photography, JC Translation, STK Auto etc. have started their online business with ServiceOnline.
4. Trial Operations
While inviting merchants to open stores, we also invited some customers as the first seed users to experience the online booking services. Among the 50 orders that participated in the trial operation, all orders were successfully completed from online ordering, payment, service delivery and ratings which proves that the platform has the ability to open its doors to receive more customers and orders.
According to the plan, we will continue the campaign to waive one time setup fee of $200 plus annual maintenance fee of $120 before March and begin to charge such service fee from 1 April when the platform officially go live.
